Locnest
Inquire about Locnest downpayment help and lease guarantee.
You don’t need to provide the standard one month rent damage deposit and dont need to be working but do require a clean credit score.
Singlekey
Singlekey does tenant screening and lease guarantor – not based on credit score but tenant needs to be working and rent is based on 40% or less of total income. This is an added cost of $50/month.
AISH
AISH (Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped) is an Alberta government program where AISH pay us directly for the rent. In these cases The Nest requires strong rental references and confirmation from the agency of participation with direct deposit to the Nest
Guarantors
Friends and family can help. We will accept a guarantor on your rental application. Find out if you qualify. Both renter and guarantor must submit an application.
